Our firm has obtained multi-million dollar awards for clients during the past 2 decades. It is a policy of our office to keep each client's award confidential. As part of our philosophy of individualized personal attention to cases, we believe the publication of dollar amounts is a disservice to past, present and future clients. Our firm's reputation is well known in the Central New York area and our firm is very selective in the cases we handle. This philosophy allows our firm to give individualized, personal attention to our cases. Lawyers are never too busy to speak to the client. When a client calls, if the attorney is present, the attorney will always speak to the client. A sampling of our notable cases is as follows:

Labor Law case involving a self-employed carpenter who fell off a roof and sustained injuries. The firm was able to obtain a substantial settlement for this Syracuse Native.

A Syracuse apple farmworker shot while walking to work, our firm was able to obtain a substantial award from the homeowners' policy of the shooter and the neighboring orchard who had retained the shooter as a vermin agent. The shooter was required to plead guilty to a criminal offense and the victim obtained a substantial settlement for his pain and suffering.

Settlement obtained for motor vehicle driver who was injured when tractor trailer backed across a State road illegally. Settlement included a substantial structured payment for the victim and his family.

Federal Court verdict against Wal-Mart for Xerox employee who was injured when Wal-Mart employees left a pallet jack in a customer area.

A Syracuse construction manager received a substantial settlement when he was struck by a motor vehicle. Even though the construction manager was in his mid 70s, our firm was able to convince the judge and the defense that our client was going to work into his early 80s. This resulted in a large pretrial settlement.
