Paul
F. Shanahan has over 20
years of litigation experience, Mr. Shanahan continues
the tradition of providing thoughtful first hand representation
for his clients. Mr. Shanahan has won verdicts in both
Federal and State Court. He is admitted to practice
in all courts throughout New York State and has an active
statewide litigation practice. Mr. Shanahan is also
a part-time faculty member at the William E. Simon Graduate
School of Business Administration of the University
of Rochester.
He has been recognized by his
colleagues and has won the Presidents Award of the New
York State Trial Lawyers Association for three consecutive
years. He has served as an officer of the New York State
Trial Lawyers Association, including treasurer. He is
a member of the Presidents' Club of the American Trial
Lawyers Association. Mr. Shanahan has lectured for the
New York State Bar Association, the National Business
Institute, and has appeared on local and national television.
Currently, Mr. Shanahan is on the Board of Trustees
of the Manlius Pebble Hill School.
